Log in, visit your dashboard, and visit the “Redeem The Magic” section to redeem your credits for discounts.

Log in to your account! Your credits balance will be highlighted at the top of the page.

Credits will expire after six months if there isn't any account activity.

Rewards will not expire once they are activated in the account.

If you return a purchase, the credits you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday credits will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 1 day from the day you entered it.

No, unfortunately credits cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.
