We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items Must Be Unused

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Original Packaging

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Proof of Purchase

A proof of purchase is required.

Review & Approval

Submit your return request in your Shopify account.

Ship Your Return

Pack your item and ship it back using our instructions.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund.

Start Your Return

Enter your order number and email. We will take you to your Shopify account to submit a secure return request.

Returns are processed through your secure Shopify account. After you continue, open your order and choose Return to submit a native return request.

After login, open your order, tap the menu (⋯), and select Return. Need help? Check your order confirmation email.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order.

Non-Returnable

For hygiene reasons, certain items (like hair accessories) may not be eligible.
